This slogan is meant to speak to the consciousness of young people who are willing to make a driving license. In our times, no special driving instructor training - alike courses are needed to get the license. You dont need to participate in some pathetic driving instructor training lectures or anything like that. All that is required is the necessity to pass the theory test and the practical part afterwards. If you feel not good enough to take it at once, you may separate these two parts and take them one after another. Always with calmness, as the Germans say. Passing the theory test is really not a big deal. I would even say that half the exams we deal with everyday at different schools are much more difficult to do well at than the theory test, I mean an average one for the B category. I dont know how the situation looks like for the other categories. The best advice is to focus on the practical part only - without paying too much attention to the test. Just pass it and forget it as fast as you can. Then move on to the latter part in which you will be able to show off your manual skills and technique when it comes to sitting behind the wheel for real. This is where you start!
